Constructed from our renowned Ultrapure™ Silver Plated Oxygen Free Copper conductors, the same process we developed for use in all of our award-winning interconnect cables, mains cables and power connectors, The PTFE Insulator used is also of the highest quality. This cable is of hand wound twisted pair construction. This method of hand winding cables that we have developed prevents any micro-structure imperfections that are present in modern machine wound mass produced audio cables. The individual strands of Ultrapure™ Silver plated copper that we produce ourselves are tuned to the optimum number of turns per metre by hand to preserve the ultrapure conductors giving the correct electrical characteristics for the audio spectrum. Making cables to this standard by hand takes time but the end result is a cable of outstanding quality. The Slingshot offers the finest materials available, hand built to exacting specifications in a choice of colours and termination to suit your personal requirements.
